What I offer

I offer 30+ years of skills and experience acquired through my work in the Further Education and Skills and Awarding sectors. Much of my experience was gained through work in the context of ESOL, English/literacy, maths/numeracy and employability across the UK and internationally.

Over time, consultancy experience has involved curriculum development and management, interim leadership roles, qualification and product development and market exploration, building on my experience managing high-value qualification portfolios and category management, including international products and services.

I also work as a part-time consultant for NATECLA (National Association for Teaching English and other Community Languages to Adults), the national forum and professional organisation for ESOL teachers.

Who do I work with?

I am keen to work with any organisations across the Further Education and Skills sector, but also charities or smaller organisations who have gaps or problems to solve, or who are aiming to develop or grow provision.

I have strong experience working at a strategic level, but am also happy to work with teams on implementation, improving systems and processes, and evaluating impact. I am as happy with the big picture as I am with the detail and always work with a clear commercial focus.
